World premiere at Control 2024! The industrial-grade TERASCOPE system for the non-destructive and non-contact measurement of paint was presented to an international audience for the first time by Helmut Fischer GmbH at the 36th Control. In the case demonstrated, the paint is applied to the base material plastic, but measurement is of course also possible on metal or all other base materials. Find out more in the trade fair clip.

At Control2024 FARO Technologies focused laser scanner solution, specially developed for industrial and automated applications. In the case with TII SCHEUERLE shown here, the 4 sensors positioned around the heavy vehicle record the object fully automatically in approx. 1 minute in order to be able to immediately recognise and rework possible deviations from the manufactured component to the CAD model with software support.

Werth Messtechnik GmbH presented at Control 2024 CT devices such as the TomoScope XS+, which have been specially developed for coordinate measuring technology and are superior in many respects. With maximum accuracy, fast measuring speed and long maintenance intervals, the technology company achieves up to five times greater cost-effectiveness. The solutions fulfil even the highest requirements, e.g. when inspecting battery cells in seconds. Thanks to Clear-CT, users receive CT data with few artefacts and reliable inspection processes. The multi-sensor devices and raster scanning HD enable the automatic measurement of semiconductor components in minutes with a resolution of up to 20,000 megapixels.
