Full Resolution, Low-cost Multispectral Camera - Powered by AI

A compact, low-cost multispectral camera system designed for high-performance imaging in industrial, space, and defense applications.
Powered by a patented optical architecture, our camera system combines a standard CMOS sensor with custom-designed optical filters to precisely capture selected spectral bands - enabling true full-resolution multispectral imaging without the limitations of traditional multispectral imaging systems.
Full Resolution
Because the architecture uses a standard CMOS sensor with custom optical filters, resolution is not compromised - each spectral band is captured at the sensor's native resolution.
This stands in contrast to traditional multispectral cameras, which reduce resolution after demosaic and wavelength extraction.
Low-cost
Utilizes affordable, readily available RGB cameras with specialized filters, reducing the cost 4x. This brings advanced multispectral imaging within reach for a wide range of industrial applications.
Scalability
Optical filters are tailored to specific client use cases and applications, allowing precise isolation of spectral bands of interest. Our system is designed to be scalable, allowing integration of multiple camera systems and custom lightning systems.
Low-power and Low-latency processing
The camera integrates an FPGA for fast image preprocessing, while also making the camera usable in power-constrained environments.
Integrated AI
If a client requests it, using Protostar SDK, we can allow for integration of AI models that run directly on-device, allowing for real-time object detection, classification, spectral feature extraction, and analysis.
