One step closer to flawless production

ANNIE is an AI-driven visual inspection solution that enables manufacturers to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize production efficiency, ultimately resulting in building trust of their customers.
ANNIE simultaneously performs real-time detection of surface defects, object presence, and configuration errors in serial production:
• Surface defect inspection – identifying scratches, cracks, abrasions, dents, pin holes, paint defects, wrinkles, and other types of deformation
• Object detection and classification – ensuring correct assembly and completeness, correct product configuration
ANNIE is ideal for coping with complex types of defects especially focused on the end of line test stations. The portfolio of possible inspected products ranges from large complex elements to small products. For example, car seats, frames, dashboards, doors, engines, chassis, or smaller workpieces and parts are checked for multiple defects and from all sides.

How does it work? The software consists of two main elements:
1. WORKER runs in the production environment and manages tasks from taking photos to product analysis and generating results. WORKERS can be connected to ENGINE with CONNECTOR functionality.
2. ENGINE runs in the IT environment and allows you to centrally manage your projects, set quality levels, perform comprehensive data analysis and generate BI reports, train and deploy NN models, and much more.
