The LH-S Series – Customized Precision – compact, flexible, future-proof
WENZEL is expanding the LH series: more precise, more flexible, more sustainable.
With the new LH-S series – including the models LH 64, 67, 84, 85, 104, 105 and 107 – WENZEL is consistently focusing on further development: a more compact design, higher dynamics, lower energy consumption and maximum adaptability make the LH-S the optimal solution for a wide range of measurement tasks.
Modular, flexible, space-saving.
Thanks to their modular design, the LH-S models can be precisely adapted to customer requirements – whether there is limited space, special workpiece dimensions or a low room height. It is even possible to subsequently extend the Z measuring range.
More precision with shorter measuring times.
A newly developed base increases stability and rigidity, while components have been weight-optimized for dynamic scanning with consistent repeatability down to the sub-µ range.
Compact & ergonomic.
Optimized height – e.g. only 2436 mm for the LH 64 – enables use even in rooms with low ceilings. The new base can be accessed by pallet truck without removing any panels.
Sustainable materials & low consumption.
Metal panels and an energy-efficient system ensure a long service life and a small carbon footprint – in the spirit of responsible production.
Future-proof & compatible.
All LH-S models are compatible with various touch probes, including REVO-2 multi-sensor 5-axis technology – starting with the LH 64 size. An optionally integrable rotary table expands the range of applications.
Stability that lasts.
Natural granite in all load-bearing components and axes with aerostatic bearings ensure long-term mechanical and thermal stability – for consistently precise results.
