OptimScan 5M Plus
The SHINING 3D OptimScan 5M Plus is a high-precision 3D inspection scanner with narrow-band blue light technology and industrial-grade lenses. It comes with three sets of high-resolution lenses to adapt to different part sizes, making it a versatile and adaptable 3D metrology solution.
Its single-shot accuracy can reach up to 0.005mm, providing highly accurate and precise scans for demanding use cases in precision engineering and manufacturing. Thanks to its HDR function, it is able to easily scan high-contrast objects, e.g., black and white surfaces.
The OptimScan 5M Plus offers the following specs with its lens sets:
- 5M Plus-400: 400x300mm, 0.015mm single-shot accuracy, 0.16mm resolution
- 5M Plus-200: 200x150mm, 0.01mm single-shot accuracy, 0.08mm resolution
- 5M Plus-100: 100x75mm, 0.005mm single-shot accuracy, 0.04mm resolution
