Your responsibilities

Customer Acquisition
- Acquisition/management of new leads
- Handling of inbound requests in coordination with the development and application team
- Trade show presence with subsequent lead handling
- Collaboration in outbound campaigns
- Customer Onboarding / Account Management
- Central contact person for customers with internal interface function
- Management of the consulting and sales process
- Quotation preparation and negotiation management
- Support of existing Tier 1 customers in electronics, medical technology and micromechanics
- Establishment and maintenance of sustainable, strategic customer relationships

Process Management
- Budgeting for different segments and product groups
- CRM management
- Collaboration in the strategic development and development of the Customer Success Team

Your profile

- Well-organized, agile, and motivated way of working
- Willingness to make a significant contribution to the development and expansion of the team
- 2-4 years of professional experience in the sale of technically sophisticated products
- Experience in account management, B2B
- excellent German and English skills
- Industry experience in automation/plant engineering/process automation is an advantage
- Basic or further technical training is an advantage
- Work experience in an industrial SME is an advantage
