TASKS
· Mechanical design and optimization of product mechanics and electronics (housing, cooling, module concept)
· Accompanying the entire product life cycle from concept to small series production in close coordination with our electronics development and production teams
· Developing models and prototypes
· Conducting and documenting tests of the designed mechanical and electrical components
· Material selection and supplier management including quality control
· Development of custom designs according to customer specifications

YOUR PROFILE
· Degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering or similar equivalent qualifications
· Relevant professional experience with microelectronics, vacuum systems or x-ray detectors preferred
· Experience with 3D-CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks
· Independent worker, strong team spirit and can-do attitude
· Fluent in German and English
