With the new Opt-scope NEX, Accretech sets a milestone in high-precision surface and contour measurement. The 3D white light interferometer microscope combines state-of-the-art measurement technology with intuitive operation and will be presented for the first time at Control 2025 in Stuttgart (Hall 9, Booth 9505).
Thanks to an exceptional resolution of 0.01 nm, the Opt-scope NEX enables highly precise, non-contact analysis of surface roughness and contours in three dimensions. The integration of focus variation technology significantly expands the range of applications, allowing the measurement of steep, millimeter-high profiles that are difficult to capture with conventional white light interferometry.
The Opt-scope NEX series offers versatile configuration options that can be customized to meet specific customer requirements – from the standard Opt-scope NEX SD to complex, CNC-controlled systems. This modular architecture ensures maximum flexibility for a wide range of measurement tasks.
In particular, the CNC-controlled variants enable automated measurement of multiple components or measurement positions within a predefined process, significantly increasing efficiency and reproducibility. The DX variant combines the measuring head, anti-vibration table, and data processing unit in a compact system, saving valuable space in laboratories and production environments.
“With the Opt-scope NEX, we are bringing a solution to the market that takes precision, speed, and flexibility to a new level. Companies benefit from cutting-edge measurement technology that seamlessly integrates into existing processes,” explains Tim Wood, Head of Industrial Metrology (MTR) at Accretech.
Trade visitors are invited to experience the Opt-scope NEX live at Control 2025. Experts will be available at Accretech’s Booth 9505 in Hall 9 for individual demonstrations and technical discussions.
